  This used to be good branch. I would recommend find any other branch and avoid this branch. They will give you hundred reasons of not getting simple task done. I wish Wells Fargo do something about this branch. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for past 8 years, just because of this branch I am thinking of moving to other bank.

  I've been banking here for 30 plus years. The service and fees are just getting ridiculous. A new business account they want to charge you a fee per deposit. What a joke. Charging me to put money in their bank. The Leawood branch is the worst. Oak park is great and friendly. But they don't do auto or personal loans anymore. What good are they. I will be moving all my stuff soon

  For the last 6 months I have had nothing but issues with this bank. They are extremely rude and the service is terrible. Furthermore, the ATM is out of service 50 percent of the time. I have had enough of Wells Fargo. I will be switching banks as soon as I can find a location that will actually let me in the door to close my accounts.

  I’m coming from US Bank, and had no idea how mistreated I was until I came to Wells Fargo. This specific branch/location is amazing. The staff were knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. I was a bit nervous about joining, but it has already been so worth it. Whenever I go to US Bank, I’m there for hours, waiting just to deposit a check, and Wells Fargo gets it done within seconds - I would definitely recommend.

  Showed up at the Lenexa office to open a new account. Did not have an appointment. Nahed Humeida and Corbin Parks could not have been more accommodating. I recommend if you want to be treated with excellent customer service ask for Nahed or Corban.

  Terrible customer service. With the exception of this Wells Fargo, I've never been in a position at a bank where the words "worst customer service over ever experienced in my life" would have to leave my mouth in front of the offending banker and (thinks he's handsome and sly) branch manager. Even the branch manager said I would be getting a call about my "experience" and, low and behold, I'm still waiting 9 months later. Wells Fargo needs to clean house. This branch, in particular, is a total 180 from the branch on SM Pkwy. Take your business anywhere else.

  Customer service has never been an issue its the ATM. Why should I have to drive to 95th nall just to deposit money into my account. Huge inconvenience.

  I was helped by Shane Zuniga. He was so helpful! As soon as i walked into the door i was greeted and asked if i need anything. i explained to him what i need and he gave everything i needed and sent me on my way with a smile!!:)

  This office is ok it’s Wells Fargo at a whole that is a horrible bank !!! They are incredibly the worst I have ever dealt with.
