  I chose 4 Stars only because I had a small problem with the new app. I've been banking with Mainstreet since it was a small office over a stream. Great people and they care and are proficient.

  I have been a happy member of Mainstreet for 49 years. I’ve neglected using my checking account because I worked in Missouri so I used a back close to my work for convenience. Now I am retired and I prefer to use my Mainstreet. Customer service got me back up and running digitally in minutes.Thanks!

  The tellers are always friendly and helpful. We've banked here since probably the 1990s :-) We moved over half an hour away but still bank here and have our kids' savings accounts here as well!

  Although a customer of MSCU for 30+ years, I'm not a fan of this branch for the following reasons: 1) Despite having been a customer for so many years, unlike at the mythical "Cheers Bar," no one here ever "knows my name" or recognizes me as a long-time customer, or even greets you, unlike at the Mission Branch. 2) Almost always have to wait in line to do any inside transactions, as there are too few tellers, or the ones there are doing other things. 3) The drive-through lanes are set up in the most inconvenient and awkward way...tight turns, easy to hit a curb, etc. Very outdated/old equipment. Almost always have to wait in line for a long time. 4) The ATM is awkwardly placed and difficult to get close enough to to use without hurting car or straining to use the keypad. 5) Has always had somewhat of an unpleasant smell inside, which I have mentioned to them several times. Old and outdated interior.
