Nicholas Dendanto1Last time I came to this bank, I had my change rolled up. They told me I don't need to do that as they had change machine that calculated it for me, Fast forward to today, They tell me they can't accept my money to be deposited because it wasn't rolled. Definitely not satisfied by their flip flopping decision making.

Ellie Oolman2No matter what, every time I go there it’s like the tellers don’t know how to do their job. Multiple times I’ve asked for a hundred dollar bill and they give me 20s constantly. They give you false information and honestly they make me want to change who I bank with.

Randall Lambert1The teller had me wait because she was busy. Five minutes later she asked me what I needed. She sent out the withdrawal slip with no pen. She was definitely slow. Been coming here for 30 years but maybe she had a busy day idk.

Luke Latza1Nobody answers their phones here— and when I came in to talk, since nobody answered my phone calls— the tellers made me wait in line for 10 minutes just because they were talking to each other. I was the only customer in the bank, and it took 3-4 unanswered phone calls and 10 minutes of pointless waiting in line just for them to tell me they couldn’t help me. Terrible experience.

Balwant1It's been 5 years i am customer of Well Fargo. Going this branch twice a month. I Usely need cashier check they never charged me fees. But this morning I went this branch and asked for cashier check lady told me I have to pay the fees for doing that. I asked her can I see the banker. She said you need to wait over there someone help you. I was running out of the time because I have at work 9.30. Stand by chiar while I wait every number of staff looking at I am criminal . Why are they giving me that looks because my skin is different. Bankers was very rude to me even told him it's your fault might Well Fargo changed the policy. They discriminated to me. SAD☹

Shannon Naser1I have been with Wells Fargo for over 20 years and use them primarily for convenience. I went to cash some change today and they stated they no longer offer that service. The teller stated that no retail banks in region offers change services. I called Reliabank in Tea and they said they provide the service. It appears it is time to change banks.

C H (Tink)1Because of a charge I didn't know about or approve of draining my checking account, one trip to Walmart during which I spent $1.58 ended up costing me over $100 in Fines from Wells Fargo. (had two photo copies printed out for me at $0.09 each, two separate transactions, then bought a soda on my way out $1.50.. At $35 PER transaction for overdraft fees that $1.58 spent at Walmart actually cost me $106.58... Not having approved the transaction that put me in overdraft I had no idea I was even in the negative). Went into Wells Fargo multiple occasions to get this sorted out. Every time was told they were "looking into it", or waiting for a call back from a different department about it.. Long story short never saw any of that money again. Wells Fargo has been caught with there hand in the cookie jar so many times its not even surprising anymore, just pathetic. And as for this branch of Wells Fargo, don't go here if you need real help with ANYTHING. You'll get the run around by employees that seem to just hate themselves or there job, but somehow, at the same time, still think they're worlds above you.

Ashley Kimmel-Miller1Tired of never being able to deposit money into my account. You’re closed until after I’m already at work and then you’re closed before I can get off. Quit using COVID as an excuse to close all the time. About to take my service elsewhere. This is ridiculous.
