  Went to this branch today and was excited because the lobby appeared open. Entered with my mask on and was promptly met at the entrance by an employee that asked what needed. I replied that I need to "deposit a check and" , then I was cut off told to get back in my car and go through the drive thru, which I loathe. I wanted check on car loans in addition to depositing the check, but I guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Texas is opened up, it's time WF to do the same.

  I love personal banking there. Have been banking there for years. Decided to open a small business and needed a loan, to no avail even after years of banking there. I heard even the worker can’t get loans and it’s like pulling teeth. I’m glad the success of my business wasn’t contingent on getting a loan from WF.

  Took exactly 53 minutes to go through the drive thru due to the lobby being closed. Whole entire lunch break was wasted. This location should think of ways to better serve their customers.

  Went there after work to deposit money. I did not realize they closed at 5 pm. I walked to the door. There was an employee inside with his back to me. I grabbed the door that he was not standing in front of. Locked. It was 502 pm. Guy turned and laughed at me said yep we are closed. I get it I missed the time but come on laughing. Wont be going to that branch anymore.

  We buy a money order here every week for our rent...today for some reason the rules have changed, you must have an account to purchase a money order at this wells fargo location... this is the dumbest thing I've ever encountered at a bank. You can purchase a money order at 7 eleven, HEB , Wal-Mart, etc etc etc. But NOT at Wells Fargo! Unless you are an account holder. Waste of time....

  Went into this bank on Saturday morning to get change. I had two 100 dollar bills and needed 10's and 5's they wanted to charge me $2.50 to make change. You gotta be kidding ! Would never bank at WF !

  I waited less than five minutes to speak to a banker and she was so sweet, friendly and helpful! I was able to get everything done that day. Great customer service and service overall.

  I came to the drive thru today and I was a complicated order. These ladies were great!! Not only did they take care of it quickly, they did it with a smile!

  Drive thru is soooo slow. One car in front of me and I’ve been sitting for 18 mins. I’d leave but there’s a line of cars behind me.

  I don't bank here but my job does they have friendly staff and are bilingual. If you like national banks it's not a bad choice.
