  Still have not received my Huntington card. Have bills to pay but can’t. Been waiting and waiting. Went in twice now. First time rude older lady accused me of misplacing, or throwing it away. when I for a fact know I never received one. Went in 2nd time went to someone else who was very helpful, as she was helping me older lady came over and said I already took care of this. No you did not. You accused me of throwing it away. When this other girl looked it up she said it Wasn’t sent to me. So she rushed it. but still haven’t received my Card. got a 25 dollar charge. Still no card. Things seem to be going south here. I am considering switching companies since seems I never will get this card. Go to a bank that will print me one on the spot.

  They are always closed even though posted hours says they are open. There always seems to be a piece of paper printed up at the location. If they can't staff this branch then they should close it down. Ever since Huntington bought out TCF this has been a disaster!

  The old white lady at this location is incredibly disrespectful and rude even when she was working at the TCF before it transitioned. After I got in line I notice her nearly screaming at a Somali woman in front of me who was confused about the new mobile banking app. Then she looks back at me a tells me they are closing early, I proceeded to say I still have not got my new Huntington card she then shrugs her shoulders and walks away. Her and that whole bank are terrible. I will be closing my account!

  This location always seems to be closed. Their hours say they are open but there is usually a paper sign hanging that says they are closed. Very inconvenient. I know it is hard to get help these days. If it's that terrible then perhaps they should close this branch.

  Worse service ever specifically this girl name (Ashley) she was so rude since the first question I asked i am very disappointed of the service and help I can't get my routing number and account number always is a problem I'm planning to open a new account in other bank I miss TCF

  Absolutely terrible! They are always spontaneously closed. Very inconvenient.
