  UPDATE now 6 months and still no drive through. Huge line ups inside the store... Multiple elderly people in walkers/canes who have to struggle to get out of car and go inside ... not disability friendly at all. Shameful... When will the drive-thru be fixed??? Five months without their drivethrough? Meanwhile some of us have vulnerabilities to covid and have to go in to their lobby filled with unmasked people ! Last week I watched an elderly person fall in their parking lot because of snow and ice! All of which would never have happened if they'd get their drivethrough working. Banner bank has had theirs working the whole time. I don't think Wells fargo care at all about their customers.

  I really like Wells Fargo here on main street! The customer service has always been very friendly to me, and even offered to give me one of their promotional items. Normally these promo items are for people opening some kind of special account, but I guess I've been a long-time customer enough that they said I sort of earned it. Free stuff makes me happy.

  The guy named Mike is a complete a-hole. He is very rude and has absolutely no business in customer service. He even has a title as Lead teller. What a joke. How this guy made it into some kind of management position is beyond me. I even heard him having a conversation with another customer about photography. Thats all fine and dandy untill he openly admitted that he PIRATED Photoshop. This guy is handling copious amounts of money, and quite frankly should be in jail for stealing. Oh did I mention that he talks down to all of his other in front of customers? He is a true stand up guy.
