      Went into this branch today to get my pin changed and was told no one could help me and I’d have to make an appointment to come back tomorrow. I said you close in an hour and a half how long does this take? The manager told me it takes 5 minutes but that she was very busy and wouldn’t be able to help me that day and I should make an appointment for tomorrow so she wouldn’t be too busy tomorrow to help me. This explanation took 3 minutes for her to turn me away when she could have just done this quick thing. I left and went to another branch in freehold where their help was fast and easy. Really just an unacceptable response.

      Joy, a lovely woman who works at the Freehold Wells Fargo, is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. Always so helpful and kind, making banking easier for me. Everyone go to Joy.

      This is the worst bank branch I have ever seen. The staffs are ok but the manager is very nasty, disrespectful and imcompetent, who is a shame to WellsFargo.

      The drive-thru ATM is inexplicably "unavailable" to accept deposits way too often.
