  I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 40 years. The lack of customer service anymore is very frustrating. I have a simple question for the Oregon City branch, and you now are unable to call in a talk to a person! It's required to go in person to ask a very simple question. This is unacceptable!! The people there however are wonderful.....!

  The staff at this location are amazing always ready to help very knowledgeable get the job done all while having a good attitude and a smile on their face

  Every time they say something it comes back to the ace cash check across the way in the parking lot. Why don’t you guys just become an ace if you like them so much.

  They do not enforce mask policy. Literally had a gentleman in front of me not wear a mask then was helped. Immediately afterwards I was waived over with ZERO sanitation to where he was at. I decided to just leave at that point. We are currently seeing a massive rise in Covid cases here in Oregon. This Wells Fargo obviously has no interest on keeping their guests or employees safe.

  Have been sitting here for over 30 minutes waiting with my daughter. She had to go to the restroom and they don’t have one available to customers so my daughter and I had to walk across the parking lot to Burger King. There is only 4 chairs for people waiting for the “banker” here at the Oregon city Wells Fargo so that means people were standing and waiting. There is a reason banks like Wells Fargo and BOA are failing and it May have to do with customer service.
