      02/03/22 Both my debit and credit card got hack into. I didn’t get any notifications. I ran to this location to see what I can be done. I was dismissed and asked to call myself. No empathy given. I called and cancel both cards. 3 days after I get a a strange phone call saying my saving and checking accounts not back cards was hack into. I was in Montana skiing for two weeks, worried, I was told to come to this location and it will been fix. I show up anxious and again I was given another number to call to fix it myself. Not an effort to help. Not sure why we have ppl seating at a desk anymore. Monalina told now she could not call because she had another client. After I made an appointment to be here. I didn’t show up without one. So I sat across her desk to make the call because I was worried…After someone pick up the phone.. I was asked if I was at the bank luckily I stayed in there.. She still had to verify my ID with the person on the phone and provided information I was not preview to. What if I went home as directed to make this call.. very unhelpful.. I ended up back her desk- still waiting for the invisible appointment to show. This review is also in real time… we both now are on hold. Awful awful service. 02/17/22

      In the 15+years I have as a customer, I never encountered a disrespectful teller as Aneesah Allen is. I walk to a branch to take care of my business and be on my way not to listen to snarky and condescending comments. The fact that this person is a branch operations associate manager means the bar's been set too low. Avoid them at all costs.

      They have an amazing guy I try to change places in line to get because he is helpful the also have some horrific staff, some refuse to let you in before they close, others are just straight rude, they refuse to listen. Sadly one awesome employee does not make a great location, and does give some bright side and help but the rest 9f the time the experience is beyond painful - no matter how long you bank with them or how patient or kind you are to them sadly.

      Very disappointed with how I was talked to here. I just went in to withdraw funds for a payment and asked the teller if she had any additional info on her side about a deposit I didn't recognize. Yes I know most people don't complain about money GOING IN to their account. But I made clear that this transaction was from the day all their systems were down a little while ago (after a fire took out their server in Minneapolis), and said that I had withdrawn funds in person for a payment that day because they were unable to cut a cashiers check, not deposited it. I wasn't sure if there was an error, perhaps it had been withdrawn 2x and then reimbursed? But I had no record of the withdrawal, only a deposit. Anyway, was hoping for help with the issue. She talked to me as though I was stupid and just kept repeating slower and more loudly, "No you deposited it in branch, that's what it says" I know what it says. I calmly, multiple times said, well, It's wrong, I asked if she had additional information. She just looked at me like I was stupid and said what the screen read again. I CAME HERE TO ASK WHAT HAPPENED, not be told what the computer says. I did not make a mistake, I did not forget the deposit, and I also have no record of the withdrawal. She could have said she had no additional info about it but only after I got annoyed that she was saying the same thing and not listening, did she suggest I talk to a banker. Sorry that I walked in there in a sweatshirt and snowboots after being in the mountains instead of all dressed up the way everyone else was expecting professional treatment instead of condescension. This is not my first poor experience here. Upsetting as hell to have to walk out of there with people looking at me like at crackhead who can't manage my money. Never coming back. And I'm keeping that $200.

      I went into this branch to get a cash advance against my credit card and they made a mess of it. When the first automatic payment went through, they debited my checking for the entire amount of the advance rather than the minimum payment, which was how it was suppose to be set up. Subsequently, I visited the Edmonds branch and was told they would reverse the payment. To date, nothing has been done to reverse this mistake made by the bank. If I choose to do another cash advance to put the money back into my account, they will charge me an additional transaction fee of 5%.

      DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH because they do not help you at all. They kept me wait even though no customer was waiting in front. One teller has a thick foreign accent hard to understand. One banker is an extremely rude woman. Online banking is much better.

      Do not go to this branch to get services for Notary services. The branch will not help you or follow the correct process to for these service. The person told us to start signing and then indicated that he will get his stamp and did not log the signature, after we started to sign the first 2 pages he sad that he cant notarize the paper and told us to go to fedex office. I tried to call later the branch manager to tell he and she closed the phone the phone to my face. Very rude branch.

      Hello, my name Annita Thao and I visited the Wells Fargo Bank. It has good employees, not too great though, I had a good experience. The assistant manager I believe her name Nita K. could be more helpful in a day to day being responsible and not have anxieties. I visited for the first time, so I do not know how this place works, but hopefully my next visit would be a great customer services that is if I want to make a home mortgage loan.

      Wells Fargo refuses to reimburse me for fraudulent credit card charges. Stamps.com hit my account for 4000 and they refuse to refund. This bank cannot be trusted.
