  I loved my experience at Wells Fargo today. I am not a member at Wells Fargo but I had a check that needed to be endorsed and they were able to help me very quickly. The bank was also extremely clean, and the staff were very friendly. When I need to look for a new bank, I would greatly consider them.

  They never answer the phone. They just opened and I can’t get anyone on the phone and it’s been 20 minutes. It’s like this Everytime I call. I just want my situation to be solved with my account.

  No customer service or consideration. Wells Fargo as a whole does not care in the slightest about its customers, but this branch upholds company goal of terrible customer care more than most I’ve seen. When they actually were open, I was unable to get a business contract notarized because “Betty” said she didn’t understand what kind of contract it was and refused to notarize it. It was literally a lease agreement between 2 business partners, but that could not matter less as a notarization is verifying identification and signature validation. They attempted to turn me away when I came in to submit a wire transfer because I didn’t make an appointment until I informed them their online appointment scheduler does not work and I repeatedly called their branch location to talk to somebody on the phone to schedule but never received an answer in over 15 minutes of repeated dials. Now that every other business is open post pandemic this specific branch has decided to remain closed and only offer drive-through services. So now, Instead of being able to go down the street to my Wells Fargo bank (which is why I originally chose to work with Wells Fargo because they were in close proximity) I’m now having to drive up to Crowley and go to that branch location who has decided to be open. It is absolutely incredible to me that a company willing to hold hundreds of thousands of my dollars fights tooth and nail against providing services for said dollars.

  Only drive thru open. Extremely slow. Took 25 minutes to just make a deposit and buy checks. Only 2 cars in front of me. There's 2 tellers and only 4 drive thru lanes open with 1 being commercial. I would think service would be faster.

  Needed an estate account opened, did not receive the help I needed. I was given a website to do it instead. I went to the Joshua Wells Fargo Bank, and Lauren Fuller throughly helped me set up the account completely! Will never go back to this bank again!!!

  Amazing customer service! I really feel like they care about how I’m doing and can have good long conversations with their workers! They’re very outgoing! Never had a problem here and have been with them for almost four years!

  Bull crap the whole way. First I go through the drive thru cashing a personal check that is their check then they said they need a thumb print which is fine but apparently they can't put the ink in the drive thru and I have to come inside to cash it. Which would also be fine but its 8am and the lobby opens at 9. How can you not get my thumb print in the drive thru like i know frost bank would and others. It wasn't even a big check, never go there people are pushy trying to make me account even though I told them I'm not interested. I wish I could rate no stars.

  Service is extremely slow. Sat in the drive thru for over ten minutes only to notice them service the man next to me that drove up after I put my deposit through. Maybe train the employees to be more efficient?!!

  This place has the best customer service around! It's worth driving past other Wells Fargo along the way! Always friendly, knowledgable and helpful!

  Exceptional service from the branch managers, bankers, and tellers! I am so glad I visited this location. Also thanks for letting me participate in you Easter egg fun!!
