      The branch does not answer the phones. I made multiple attempts in the last month to no avail. Had to wait in a long line at the teller just to make an appointment. Now I have to wait another week. This branch is understaffed.

      Hard to imagine that things have changed this bad! Covid or not, a constant shortage of staffing leaves bad taste on clients and prospected clients. Things are definitely not the same for WF, and it may be a long while before they can back to normal. An alternative bank is a good option!

      I went to the Wells Fargo branch located at 2000 Douglas Blvd in Roseville to open a new account. I was told the only person who could help me was Felipe who was in the back. Mind you, there were 3 other bankers sitting around chatting with each other as well as 5 tellers who also were not busy but was told I had to wait for Felipe. After standing there for 15 minutes watching all of the employees chatting with each other, Felipe came out from the back. He did not even come over to tell me that he could not meet with me. Instead he sent an employee over to tell me he had other appointments and I would need to go to another branch or make a future appointment. It was the rudest customer service. Went down the street and opened the account at another Non-Wells Fargo bank. Note: Wells Fargo was the bank who was caught opening accounts for customers who did not even know in order to make their sales quotas but here I had a legitimate account to open and could not get help. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

      Honestly have only been inside twice in the past 10 years. Both to start up my kids accounts. Both times were fairly quick and got someone to help me out within 2 minutes. I've been a customer for over 15 years and I have no complaints. This location is the closest to my house and in a nicer area than the Sunrise Blvd branch. There's a Starbucks in the same strip mall so there's a bonus if you like Starbucks.

      I've opened accounts with Wells Fargo on and off over the years. Basically get fed up with my bank, switch and then get fed up there and switch back. Every time they've told me they were setting up my accounts to be "monthly charge free", and every time there is a month or two of no charges before they suddenly start sneaking $13 a month service fees in...

      I've been going to this Wells Fargo location for over 5 years...I've always had great service...today I went in to deposit a check.... there was a customer ahead of me, after the customer left, I was called to the window and nothing was sanitized (counter, key pad and pen) between customers...and I had to touch all 3...PLEASE help to prevent the spread by sanitizing...

      This is the worst Wells Fargo in the area . The worst customer service the people that work there always have an attitude and they aren’t trained well .they don’t know what a business platinum account is and they don’t know a lot of stuff . Rude people.
