      Do not ever use Wells Fargo or Teachers Credit Union (TCU)! I paid off a loan from Wells Fargo Bank through TCU Teachers CreditUnion in February Derick Stevens sent my payment to the wrong address! Then They sent another check to the wrong address, then the 3rd check went to the right address and was signed for by a Wells Fargo representative with initials CT! I am being forced to pay both loans even though TCU has not transferred any money! Both banks are screwing me and threatening me!! Forcing me to pay both loans and refusing to void the check and pay it electronically! Neither bank is coming up with a solution and has denied every simple solution I have suggested! Completely useless banks!!

      Horrible management!!!!Just their again worst bank rules ever the management is the worst at waupun wisconsin! Get hassled to cash 7 dollar 401k check through them! Management hear is like your government i would think twice before entering this criminal enterprise and letting them take your money evetually on some corporate rich political ceo rule! This bank benifits the top percent not the everyday citizen that actually work for a living!

      Horrible bank, horrible policies that only protect them and not the customer. Set up so that if you do not do buisness with them they will not do buisness with you. Stay away find a good credit union.

      This bank is so horrible I would never refer anyone to there! Darlene is probably the meanest person you we'll ever have! She needs to be fired!

      Professional,punctual,and pleasant....glad I chose them as my new place to bank after a recent move back to Waupun!Darlene was extremely polite and helpful as was the teller!

      I mobile deposited two checks I got one 4 days later and the other held for a week Thanks for making me wait when I needed that money...I will be canceling.
