Dana Gillett1I came in the Beaver Dam branch on Saturday as I was instructed to. The lady behind the counter attempted to get everyone with a "transaction" to use the automated teller. My issue required one on one customer service. Once she reluctantly took care of my issue and I had already waited at least 15 minutes I asked if she could also deposit a check and she said no use the automated teller. I left and went thru the drive thru. Thanks for not realizing my time is valuable too. If this is the customer service you want to provide your members, I will be looking elsewhere for my MANY financial needs.

Kiefer Davis1Went in to deposit money and tried using the automated teller no one answered but the teller behind the counter was just standing there. So I asked her if I could just have her do it. She said she can't accept cash inside. I had to go to the drive through. So she can take my dirty money that I touched in a drive through but not when I'm already inside. What idiots write these policies??

Kurt Bohn5Awesome place to save your money. This credit union helped get my credit back on track by taking a chance on me when so many others would not. Now a few years later and my credit score is in the very high 700's nearing that 800 mark.

Bryce Remy1I really hate the new video teller system inside the credit union. First of all, I walk in for face to face contact and that isn’t what I got. The manager stood next to it and showed my fiancé and I how to use it. The video teller we got was nice, but extremely unprofessional looking. The background appeared to be his bedroom, he was extremely unkept looking. Not impressed at all. If we didn’t just start up a mortgage through summit, I would be cancelling my membership.

Bridget5They are all so friendly and very helpful. My son and I both opened saving and checking accounts with Paula Daniels. She walked us through the entire process and helped set up the online banking and mobile app. Paula was fantastic to work with. Their website is very user friendly. My 18 yr old son and I were very impressed with their services.
