Nicholas Johnson1I will make this short and sweet, your bank is a rotten piece of trash that I've been uselessly going to for 4 years now. You keep me from my info, don't have the time for a banker to open a Roth IRA, and your garbage upper mgmt who should be responsible for the call center, can't even manage to make sure they can send texts properly. Hope you can find the time to contact me within the next 18 hours or else my money will be at the chase 100ft away. I'll keep you guys posted. Suggest you do the same.

123rani3215Great branch! I have both my personal and business accounts here and have always received excellent service. Mathias is the business banker and I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The Wells Fargo system makes banking easy and convenient and most can be done from our phone. We have always been treated like valued customers- highly recommend!

Anthony kruzic5Staff is pleasant,courteous, an helpful. They have a nice waiting area and provide hot tea an coffee as well as water. The time to be helped was what I expected for service other than at the teller windows. Best time to go in is before lunch when everyone seems to be at the bank. Even then teller line moves pretty quickly.

Luis Campos1Worst branch ever avoid it...4 people walked out upset prior to myself getting attended. After waiting in a long line they couldn't help me, so I walked out as well. Not worth the wait time only for them to refuse helping out their customers

Rhaemy Reyes1My experience was the worst i have ever encountered. I went in there to cash my payroll check i was asked to give my fingerprint 2 ID's all which i obliged, after that the teller went and spoke to 2 other employees and asked me to sit down and then the 3rd employee is looking at my ids and looking over at me ,it was just the most awkward and embarassing experience I've ever had, i ended up going over to the teller asking for my check and ids back amd walked out. This was a billion dollar companies payroll check the funds were most certainly there... how or why would i ever open an account there knowing the subpar service that is given when you don't have an account with you so that if i wrote a check out to someone they would be treated in this manner. Shame on you Wells Fargo for NOT delivering the same customer service to all that enter your establishment.

Intense Cloud1I was here today (07/21/17 @ 14:20) and was helped at window #6. Unfortunately for me, I was assisted by a young girl, but the experience was so regretful, again. I've been helped by her in previous occasions and every time is the same bitter/angry attitude she provides. This has come to the frustrating point that I have to almost "pray to God" to avoid my turn with her. I sometimes choose to go all the way to the branch on Anaheim st, in Wilmington, which sucks since I live just behind Park Plaza (walking distance really from the one here on Western), even though is hard to find parking on the one on Anaheim. On the other hand, the rest of them have been pretty cool, really pleasant and in good vibes. Sincerely, a concerned customer.

Ms M1Mykia the teller that assisted me was really ride, which is surprising since usually they have great customer service. I said hello, thank you, how are you? She didn't respond to anything. Ride!
