  Have found that none of the branches have customer availability. They open at 9 am to 5 pm. The Same hours that majority of people work. Saturday close at 12 pm. Their hrs are certainly not customer availability. Ill be closing all of my accounts and transferring to bank which are more suitable for me..

  Horrible bank. Left an 83 year old outside in the cold. No one at the bank and refused to take me without an appointment. Waited outside one hour still no one entering the bank. Waste of customers time. Now I know why 25 banks are closing!! Goodbye Wells Fargo!!taking my money elsewhere.

  The worst banking experience ever. They always lie an say the wait will be just a few minutes when in reality it's an hour. Today I put my check into the atm an I couldn't get the full deposit until tomorrow. This is the second time this has happened. I go in the bank an the female manager tells me to call the number on the back of my card an that "theyd give me a few bucks" since I was totally out of gas. I call an the lady on the other line has NO authority to do that whatsoever. She even said I dont even know why she told you that.would never recommend this bank ever to anyone unless you wanna go through many frustrating experiences.

  The Wells Fargo at 394 Route 376, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533 has the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. I try my best to avoid even going in the location unless absolutely necessary. Today, I went in to inquire about savings bonds I had received years ago. I asked for the teller to let me know the value of each bond. He was confused and another woman came over to help. She started rambling on about how it takes thirty years for bonds to fully mature and that I would only make "pennies on the dollar now." Never once did either of them actually tell me how much the bonds were worth. This isn't even the first time I've had issues at this location. I cannot wait to leave Wells Fargo banking.
