  Payments to Central Hudson keep being returned.....have called HVCU..... Still not resolved...... have been on hold since 6pm....... recording says 25 more min. Well.... It's now 6:58 PM. They close at 7 pm. No one answered my call ...... Not good .....

  Saturday morning at 9:45am, hit the ATM for $20 and it spit out 20 $1 bills. Are you kidding me?!? I went inside and told them I just had a negative experience at the ATM, and got a $20 bill instead. Hopefully they will keep a closer eye on the ATMs.

  My favorite thing about HVFCU is the pens, excellent quality, I have them throughout my house and they last a really long time. The lack of fees, abundance of locations, and nice employees are good too 👌

  Friendly staff, Equiped for all Personal Banking, Bank at the window or On/line from home,, You are covered.. for normal banking, loans, mortgages , personal loans etc. We, our children, since they got SS#, have banked here for years. Only question I ask myself, is it good to put all your eggs at one Bank even if they are the best? Personal financial and backup situation may require / demand another good bank.

  My account has been hacked and I have been on the phone holding for someone for at least 15 minutes. I have an account I have no access too and whoever is hacking does. This is horrific. I have to give at least a one star to post my comment.

  After waiting at drive in one customer in front of me taking a while they decided to close with 2 more customers in line CHASE BANK would not do this.common courtesy goes a long way
