  The staff are very rude because they are anxious to get off work. I waited there for twenty minutes. Only one lady tried to help, but she had other customers. Kenneth had available ,someone just jumped it ,he spoke with attitude! Unfriendly! I saw a lot peoples complain about him!

  Kenneth very unprofessional! Discriminated pregnant women and yell at me! You guys need to teach him to be polite!He doesn’t have customers service skill at all!

  Kenneth ng is very unprofessional,rude and unfriendly. I went there in this morning to get deposit history from my employers. Kenneth ng , he didn't greet me at all. He suppose to say "good morning","welcome","hello","smile at me","handshake" . He didnt have any good manner for customers. He became very unwelcomed. Time I went it was absolutely slow.There were no other waiting at all. I asked him to give me history from employers. He started arguing and said that Wells Fargo Don't do it anymore. I have to do it at home. Then I went to other brunch ,they greeted me and helped me what I needed. Employee like Kenneth ng is destroying wells Fargos customer experience reputation very badly I'm requesting to management to take proper action on him where thousand of job seekers are looking for bank job in Los Angeles.

  ATM is outside and available at all times of the day (even holidays!) The bank closes at 6 earlier on weekends
