  I worked with Darren on the purchase of my first home. He is exceptional! During the pre-qualification process, Darren clearly explained what could be expected during the entire loan process and he provided a detailed list of all documents that would be needed. As a new buyer, I had many questions but they were always met with a detailed explanation; a testament to Darren's patience! Since Darren had laid a clear path on which we would follow, the entirety of the purchase process was smooth and painless.
