      Never going to that place again I literally took 40 dollars and the security guard took it inside saying it’s the lady’s money because the atm was broken which I didn’t know I’m never coming back

      NEVER AGAIN!!!! Customer service is actually horrible!!!! Sis it’s never that deep for your attitude to be like that in a place of business and where you handling people money you never know who will walk in that door! The fact that there is no branch manager is unprofessional as well, but no I see where all the attitudes comes from because there’s no structure or leadership!!! Absolute ghetto!!! I would not recommend anyone to go here. There employees are lucky they are behind glass cause there gonna test the right person one day and I really pray for there safety. Better team is well needed!!!

      A friday..after a holiday. Pay day for most people. Why are older folks standing in a long line with 2 tellers? This would not happen at a credit union. Too many banking options for this be acceptable. PLEASE GET better at customer service. Why should I bank you a bank who does not care. Management need to be better!! As a member this should not be the norm.

      Security guard is always rude they act like I did something to them and the word Thank you goes a long way the one at Front and Olney are always pleasant if you don't remember what customer service is go there they will show you how it is done
