      Hi, my name is Greg, the manager John is so incompetent and disrespectful that he refused to open up a new account with a perfectly fine US BANK cashier's check with 6 numbers amount. He told me to get an ID renewed and I did but then after asking many questions he suddenly contested the validity of said cashier's check. I went to chase, they did their jobs and checked cashier's check and I was able to get a large sum of money right away. No waiting like John said there would be, no doubting and tremendous service at Chase. I just don't understand how someone so inexperienced and rude can be anything else than simple cashier. I have dealt with many banks but john from Wells Fargo on Greenway has shown how how deficient Wellsfargo manager programs to form them have sadly become. They have lost several hundreds of thousands dollars because of their manager's inaptitude to simply to his job. I hope that in the future this young manager will not tell his customers that they are probably trying to fraud without making sure about the facts. Such behavior is despicable and should not be tolerated in our country. Nobody should behave this way in the 21st century. Shame on you John. started to state that the cashier's check had an invalid address and that it was most likely not legit. Well, I felt so offended that he would not call and check the validity of said cashier's check with US bank. I just went to another bank and got the check cashed and I have to say that wellsfar

      Super slow every time I go in. Also the hours. Can we get a normal schedule again? Or get more help so you don’t have to turn away your customers of over 13 years just because you have to go home.

      Horrible service, had to come here twice, long lines out to door each time. Came here to cash check, was asked to verify id, even though i had several forms of id, told not good enough, had to go home get additional information for verification to even cash a check for myself.

      I went in to get a paper notarized and to my surprise NOT ONE banker had a notary license. I had to drive over to CHASE where they did (Luckily I bank with both) It is expected of a bank to have a notary on site at ALL TIMES. Its what makes a bank a great bank !

      The worst Wells Fargo in the city. The manager working today 1/4 is a nightmare to deal with. Rude all the time. No respect for his customers

      This branch is never prepared. A lot of employees standing around with a few running around doing all the work. My old business banker Gary B. was awesome, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. The business tellers: Norma, Nikki, and the taller brunette are great when they’re there. When they’re not, best to stay away. The branch appears to be poorly managed. I have many personal and business accounts and this branch has made me question whether I should stay with WF. When setting up our most recent business accounts, we were called at 5:45p the night before asking to reschedule. This was an appointment made over a week before that we could not change. Ok, they said they’d make it work. I’m then called again at 9a the next day by the actual business banker and asked again to switch times. Which again, we could not. I then logged into WF.com and found an appointment at a near by WF branch where we were taken care of. I will not be doing any more in store business banking with this branch. The experience was extremely unorganized for an appointment made a week in advance. Second major issue is concerning the business teller window. Any time I have to make deposits and get change between noon and 1p, the teller is on lunch break. Keep in mind each drive thru line is usually 3-6 cars deep and many times theres a line at the business teller as well. So at some of your peak busiest customer service times you send your employees on break? Poor management.

      Due to COVID, our Banking also changed, with now making appts for normal stuff, limiting how many people are inside at a time; however, the Tellers/Employees Never stopped greeting you with a smile and treating you with respect. I'm a business owner and do the majority of my banking via drive thru and I'm always prepared. Unfortunately, not everything is and delays everyone and I see the tellers doing their BEST and I'm grateful for EVERYONE there that always is willing to help me with my business or personal accts.
