      These office staffs are really rude, incapable of handling customer service, wasting of their and customer time without even checking what service customer is seeking. Overall disgusting experience. To tell you my story short, I walked in to the branch and requested for a notary signature, the representative assisted me after going through the documents and scheduled appointment at 4pm. I had to come again at 4pm and then notary in the bank says she cant sign the documents. I clearly explained they don't have to authenticate the documents but just authenticate my signature. They didn't even showed curtsy to say sorry for wasting my time. I explained to them that they just have to authenticate my signature but they were not ready to accept. The same procedure I have been doing in other branches but this is something unique and seems like they did it purposely or they are not good fit in their job/role. I hope the next level wells fargo branch escalation team looks into this matter.

      Horrible customer service. Withdrew $500 from ATM and walked inside to exchange for bigger bills. Paid WELLS FARGO an ATM fee for their services. Surprisingly rude manager Melissa saw me with huge stack of 20s and refused to do anything about it, saying if I didnt have an account there was nothing they could do. All other tellers felt obviously sorry for me. Just another reason why I DONT have a wells fargo account, too many horrible experiences like this one. I hope my wallet can contain these bills. Melissa, take a lesson in etiquette and kindness. And your black pant suit was covered in lint

      Worst customer service.. I had an appointment and I reached there 15 mins early but no body was interested in helping. I will never go to this bank.

      They own a foreclosed house on Hanefin in Pleasanton that they are letting go to ruin. They are damaging the entire neighborhood. Don't use WF until they start acting like a responsible corporate citizen.
