  Worst bank to deal with!!!!!!!!!! have to make a appointment for EVERYTHING and they are never available customer service sucks and rude. Banked with them over 14 years impeccable credit and will not even consider a loan

  On May 21, 2021 I tried to make an ATM deposit at the ATM on South Douglas Hwy in Gillette, WY. The ATM jammed up with one of my hundred dollar bills and and showed deposit function not available afterwards. I called and reported it. I fully expected it would be refunded after the ATM was investigated and issue resolved, but that was not the case. It is unclear why it was not reported by the tech and why it was not credited back to me. It is not a lot of money but it is very unprofessional, and in the end I'm out $100 and Wells Fargo is out a review, but life goes on. Other issues: WF does not give very high ATM withdrawal limits and they have extremely long hold times on deposits. In my opinion this bank is not for the regular Joe income earner. Local banks want your business and do better.

  Excellent service. Have not been able to get ahold of a local agent when calling the local number though it was not requested. Good place to open a business account.

  They complained to a manager because I did not call in a change order. The manager proceeded to tell me how much of an inconvenience I was to their operation and then still took 20 to 30 minutes just to get what little change that I needed.

  Have banked with Wells for 17 years apparently this branch needs about that much warning for appointment.
