Matthew Marynik1Very disappointed in about everything, hours are inconvenient, 9:30 to 4:00. They can’t seem to answer any questions, their go to is look at the mobile app. Have never deal with a bank that was so hard to deposit money, sent wife with money, and deposit slip to put in my account. She had to jump through hoops to even get that done.

Charles Beaudion4Finally got fraud case settled. Took 3 months otherwise been 5 stars, getting the run-around for months is annoying. They need a better system for these things.
