  6 people at the store standing doing nothing, and only 1 person at the desk cause an unnecessary wait.

  Horrible location and setup!! I’ve never understood why the layout of this location has never been redone. The atm is extremely unsafe!!! You have to get out of your vehicle to use the atm leaving yourself completely exposed and vulnerable. Way to go Wells Fargo

  Consistently POOR SERVICE. The tellers are unprofessional. They smirk and look at each other when they have issues with a customer. A bank that STEALS from it's customers, opens bank accounts without authorization, was bailed out with our taxes and they can't even afford common courtesy. Choose ANY OTHER BANK but Wells Fargo.

  I was welcomed at the entrance and greeted warmly. The agent was very courteous and answered my questions with confidence. I will do business with this branch based on this experience.

  The name is better than when it was Wachovia, but the service hasn't changed. It's still just another corporate banking institution that doesn't care about its depositors until you want to withdraw and close.

  The drive through lady was so rude....and on top of that she could cash a check for me in the drive though had to go inside said I had to have a thumb print and when she could have did it through the draw she was just being lazy another reason why I won’t get Wells Fargo and all the law suits and then when I ask for her name they wouldn’t give it to me customer service is terrible at this location I’ll try my best not to come back
