  This place is trash. I bought my daughter a car from there.. paid cash never received title. I text or call the girl that works in the office in Lilburn, Ga and she says it's coming and they will let me know when it's sent. She avoids my texts also because she reads them as you can clearly see with and iphone. Sam the owner supposedly.. told me that my title had to come from Indiana and that I should have it by the end of last week. Still no title. I call him, he says he will call right back ...never did. So I texted him twice and no reply. smh... I called him today and no answer. Straight trash. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau, you better believe it. I hate people wasting my time and I definately hate a liar. I will also be taking them to small claims court, even if i don't get the results or my title. I will waste their time like they wasted time. Now I have to find other means of getting my title. DONT GO HERE!!! TRASH !!

  I just bought a car from Sam. I paid cash. There was a little bit of an issue with the paperwork, and collecting tax money. It was very easily corrected. Had there been no issues I would have easily given Epicity 5 stars. Sam and his staff never tried to avoid me, always answered my calls or text messsges in a relatively timely manner. This was a good experience for me. Thanks Sam It was nice doing business with you.

  I've had my Acura TL for more than 5 years now. I received a great payment and was able to pay it off in 2 1/2 years!!! Sam was great from beginning to end. He holds his end of the bargain. Any and every problem I noticed or was known previously about the vehicle was fixed before I drove the vehicle home. I loove my car until this day. I have all good to say about Sam and his business practices, I would definitely recommend. ~Very satisfied customer

  Sam and his team sold me my car in 2016 and have been nothing but helpful ever since. I purchased my car at $3,000 less than the KBB value and whenever I needed maintenance, he has always been helpful is assisting with it even though it’s not his responsibility. Even when I got into a minor fender bender in 2018, he assisted with repairs! Fast forward to 2019, and my car needs a major repair. Sam has worked tirelessly to help me repair my car at a fraction of the dealership cost. I would recommend Epi City for an affordable used car. These guys are honest and willing to work with you! No, I’m not a paid review!

  This place is a blessing to those who need a car. Mr. Carmichael is awesome working with people and actually getting you into a car. The cars are up to par and run really good unlike some small dealerships.😊😊😊😊🚘 my husband and I were very satisfied . On top of that he put me in the car I was looking for.

  These guys are awesome! They really have great customer service and outs the customer's best interest first! Even if you have a problem they do not hesitate to help fix whatever it is! Me being a female trying to buy a car I thought I would be taken advantage of but they were very helpful and honest! I'm glad I came here!

  My experience was not good, there are too many issues to name. However, Sam (owner) has gone above and beyond to correct all that was wrong. We are still working together, but my respect for him and all that he has done can't be measured. He turned out to be a hard working guy trying to run a business. He and Oscar (Manager) through all the stuff, were very respectful. This is not a perfect place (Used cars), but I'm not a perfect customer (low down payment and challenging credit). Check them out, take a mechanic and make your own decision.

  These are a great group of guys. It's a family run lot, which is small but efficient. I went in to look at an Acura which was advertised on Craigslist. I didn't end up liking it once I test drove it, nothing was wrong with it but I was more interested in a Honda Pilot and they didn't have any at the time. This was not an issue for these guys, they quickly looked up their upcoming auctions and spotted a few options for me. Once at the auction he scaled the search down to those that were in great condition. I ended up with a steal!!!!! I couldn't not be happier! I've had it for over a year now with not one issue. Give them a shot, great guys and great business!

  Sold me a bad car unable to pass emissions so i cancled car insurance contacted lean holder and told them to cancle my car note as well ,instead i was still billed for car note even though it had no tags or insurance any more and even after a detailed conversation was exchange on issues. i will not pay car note for car that doesnt pass emissions and a month after everything was cancled (insurance and note) they said they had got the tags ready and its frankly far too late even though i was trying to obtain myself a month befor ,worst dealership in Georgia hand down sketchy scamly people. And they never contacted me when they recieved my tags a simple text message or email would have worked but they waited too long to even fix issue it doesnt make any since liars with a hint of lemon.

  definitely would not recommend. if you’re a young person they will get over on you as much as possible and take your money. they’re very dishonest people. we gave them everything they needed and they tried to convince me my paperwork was fraudulent just so they could take my money, we PROVED EVERYTHING and then they told the bank i put $1500 down on a car when we only put $800 down and demanded i bring back the money for the down payment. not ONLY that, i asked if i was going to put $1500 down why couldn’t i have a better car? they forced me into a 08 honda accord for $412 a month, the car was basically trashed on the inside. they ignored my question 3 times when i asked about the kia optima, so I went back and the guy OSCAR(very bad person to do business with) sons were driving the kia optima that we were looking at. FOR PERSONAL USE, He even drives the cars on the car lot so the miles aren’t even accurate when you sign the paperwork. PLEASE stay away. i was trying to get back my down payment because they took the car away and basically cussed me and my boyfriend out. really? i knew i should’ve kept driving past this place. Oscar is VERY rude and unprofessional. he’s a scammer in my eyes. i called the bank AND THEY WERE NOT EVEN MY BANK, yet he told me the deal was finalized. So who was i going to be paying my money to? SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! i suggest having an attorney present when you do decide to do business with these scam artists.
