      This is the worst bank ever they get in to your account and do what ever the want they don't call you about your account come to find out this is the second time they took money from my account without you knowing it i am going to the d.a.office to just how much they have took from me be ware do not bank at this bank this is a bad bank i will not even give them one star i give them one they dont even deserve that

      I went to bank to open a new account at 12:20pm ,The lady Cherish Valentine told me it is lunch time , I can come at 2:00PM. I don't like to drive back because I drove to bank yesterday and brought all documents with me today. She still said no impatiently. I always use online and ATM. Maybe I go to bank once a year. I do not know :"Lunch time no services". You should put "Lunch time no services" in your web , Let us do not go at 12:00pm--2:00pm.

      Thankfully I also bank with State Employees Credit Union because this wells fargo location in the past two weeks refuses to answer any phone calls and refuses to come to the front door of its branch location to conduct business with account holders who need more then a drive thru window with a 40 min wait. Not sure what covid-19 has to do with refusing to answer a phone either. Lost my business completely. Stand by for automated response from branch "manager"...

      This is the most friendly and helpful bank I have dealt with in Western N.C.. The tellers are always accommodating and will go the extra step to satisfy ones request even during this pandemic.

      While vacationing in NC I needed a document notarized. Much to my amazement when I called the local Wells Fargo branch a pleasant voice answered the phone and said “no problem” we can notarize your document even after I told her we are not Wells Fargo customers. Many thanks to Leesha and Debbie M. for representing OUTSTANDING customer service at the Waynesville office.

      I just came from Wells Fargo. I understand why the lobby and counter tellers are closed due to the virus, but please open more than 2 lanes at the drive thru then. I just spent 32 mins, 14 cars deep, in the drive thru. I hope this isn't how its gonna be for the next month. If so, I will be switching banks.

      This goes out to Sharon McCullum and Melissa Ledford. These two ladies went over and beyond for and out of state person that wasn't even a customer of Wells Fargo. I can not thank them enough for their help and kindness and would highly recommend using them for your banking needs.
