      The service in this branch is the worst in any Wells Fargo Branch I have visited in the last twenty years. I wonder why the senior management is not evaluating the operation. There are a couple of tellers here and also a so called “loan officer” here who are really unprofessional and unqualified to be bankers. Sorry Wells Fargo.

      One of the managers tried to convince me to get a credit card. After explaining to him that I had quite a few credit cards and wasn't interested in getting another, he felt the need to look me up and down and tell me that it didn't look like I had a lot of credit cards... not sure what that was supposed to mean but it did bother me.

      Went to use the ATM at this location, only to find it broken. Called the 800 number to report it broken, the customer service rep hung the phone up on me.
