  I have 2 mortgages that I took over that are serviced with Wells Fargo and it has been a horrifying experience. I do not recommend banking with them as the manager there, Gustavo is very mean to the clients and costumer service is non existent unless you're doing a simple transaction. They made a $10,000 mistake with my account. I also can not get through to anyone on the phone after wasting hours of time. I really hope this company goes out of business for the way they treat people. I found a new bank and its night and day with the costumer service.

  They are the worst bank! I'm having a much better experience at Savi Bank. Wells Fargo has the worst costumer service and Gustavo the Manager is a Mask Natzi. You can't even have a sip of water without getting yelled at by him.

  High scoring, debt free, high net worth individual. Treated like a bag lady. Never experienced so much flack and incompetence in loan application--- when complained, was apparently placed on shrit list, and slow walked. Avoid Wells Fargo.

  Long time one customer over 15 years at this branch. I recommend a checking and savings account for sure a great place to hold your money. However for loans I have found much better deals elsewhere and much better service too. Including my motorcycle loan and home loan Wells is not the fairest imho.

  Bad experience at another bank today highlighted the good service I received from Wells Fargo in Anacortes. Excellent customer service especially considering we were helped by an employee who was not accustomed to this branch and had to find her way around to get the correct forms, etc. It's all about how you treat people.

  Very friendly, customer service. My only frustration has been once in a great while my call does not get answered. It is not a personnel issue, it's a technical issue. My call has been diverted to another state and they could not get through, finally on their third try. Frustrating. As a bank,whom I've been a customer of 11 years, I have no complaints.
