Diana F1I go by this Wells Fargo location which is the closest to my job and they are definitely short staffed but I was willing to be patient. I walked in there trying to make an appointment with a Banker for that reason. I only had a few simple credit information questions. I left my name and number 2/3 weeks ago and have not been called or helped in any way shape or form. Will not be returning. This location is about to shut down in any second.

Aaron Hudson1The customer service at this location is below average and there have been several instances when the doors are closed 5mins prior to the listed hour. The tellers will not explain simple customer authentication processes such as why/when your drivers license is required and are short with answers if any answers are given. This review is not the result of not receiving money,fees or bank holds but just that of a frustrated customer. I know have to purposely avoid this location because of terrible customer service.

Jr Escandon1Under staffed. Never have time to help anyone. I live two minutes away from the bank but I literally have to travel minutes 35 minutes to get any assistance. Business advocate is useless.

Katie M1I do not recommend this WF. I waited in line and as soon as I got to the teller he ran off and they allowed two other people to go in front of me!!!!! Rude, unacceptable behavior.
