Aaron Amaya1This Used to be my favorite branch until I hit a complex issue regarding a deposit I made outside at the ATM. I needed "some" funds - not "all" funds available and when I walked inside was greeted with. "I'm sorry, maybe call the ATM devices online, the machine is like a separate thing from us. When I called customer service, I was advised that the branch and ATM should be one in the same and should be able to get some help and gene I walked in, the branch manager wouldn't event look me in the eyes when telling me that Wells Fargo was unable to help me. If you can't help me at least show some concern or a "I'm sorry" or a "that's horrible" or you know .... anything. Now I know why friends advised me to use a credit a union if I am concerned with "personal care." Oh well, this will be the last time I bank with Wells Fargo.

Blink 1st1Please do NOT come into this branch. It is full of LAZY tellers. The lead teller Shane Wilkey made it a point to call my wife and yell at her for not filling out a deposit slip. She had the information on a post it note and had made a similar deposit the week prior at a different branch. The lack of customer service has forced me to close all 4 of my checking accounts and 2 savings accounts. I will not tolerate the lack of disrespect.

Taylor Palacio1I went in to deposit a check and Sean told me I couldn't deposit it because it only had my first intials and last name. I have been depositing the same check for over a year and have been a customer for 7 years. He basically accused me of lying, stating that no one would ever deposit a check like this and he's seen millions of paycheck and no one has this. Well Sean I'm not lying, another branch deposited my check and you're a douche bag.
