      Worst wellsfargo bank in tampa. This place should be ashamed. ATM machines never work. Covid is over and they still won't open the inside. The tellers are rude and don't care about you. This bank doesn't deserve even 1 star.

      Wells Fargo is a very good bank to bank at and when you don't have no money in the bank and you have a direct deposit coming in every month like social security check they will let you overdraw your checking account not many banks will let you do that I've tried everything and the last 30 years I probably Banked at 3 different banks and Wells Fargo is the best hands down you don't believe me check them out you will be pleased I give them five stars

      ATM 8 out of 10 times doesn't work. Constantly cash deposits not accepted 🙄 as a self employed person this is beyond frustrating. Wasting gas. Wasting time. Get it together Wells Fargo.

      Lobby is closed until further notice. They have 3 drive thru lanes and a drive up atm and walk up atm.

      I opened a account at this location because it is close and i am disabled. Had the worst service ever yesterday at this location. AVOID THIS LOCATION AND THE WHOLE BANK IF YOU ASK ME. Will be contacting the owner as i now see that they offer that choice. Hope to get things resolved. Was trying to get others to open accounts here. Can't even get to the bank to do business without getting attacked in the parking lot next door by a gang.

      Poor service, MOST of the staff are very unfriendly and unwelcoming. The outside atm's are out of order pretty often.

      We do cash advance into our landlords account and nobody else has a problem doing it but somehow every time we get Vanessa she can never get it to go through. Mind you nobody else has a problem with it. She needs to be retrained on how to do a cash advance!!!

      I originally logged on and wrote a poor review of my experience (I left it below). After posting the review, I was able to talk with the Branch Manager and Wells Fargo via Twitter. Both were VERY nice, friendly, customer focused and attentive! They have completely changed my mind and I will remain a customer--instead of just being another number and an upset customer, I'm an advocate for Wells! While I've always had a positive experience prior; July 3rd I had an interaction that made me change to Chase Bank. I went to the inside branch and tried to deposit a large check. The teller informed me there would be a hold on 50% of the funds until the following week and then the remainder would be released on the 15th. I asked if I could speak with the Manager to talk about options as I did not want to wait 12 days (7 business days) as my account had a balance higher than the check to cover it. The attitude of the Service Manager was repulsive. I have been a customer to Wells for a short time, but have 6 accounts and my mortgage through them. This was such rude and ridiculous treatment! She recommended that I take my check to Bank of America and get a cashiers check and then return to have it posted to my account. I told her if I leave the bank that I will take all my accounts, she simply and smugly replied, "Okay then." Upon leaving, she was very condescending and said, "Bye, bye, have a great day!" I have never been treated this way and intend to bank where my business and money is appreciated. I have choices!
