      Awful customer service, my husband and I have been at this branch on two occasions couldn't get an account open. The staff was passing our paperwork from one banker to the next and when we finally talked to someone, he said " I haven't gone to lunch yet" and left us there (mind you person who we had an appointment with, decided to take care of another customer instead of us) We decided to leave and find a bank that is interested in our business. I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone.

      What to say about Wells Fargo Bank in South Dillard? AMAZING SERVICE!! Everyone is very nice and make sure their smile is seen through the face mask we all have to wear. The are serious about the measures to prevent contagion of COVID-19. The teller that helped us was so great and cheery. Great job everyone!

      I do not give 5 stars easily. I have not been in this location in 4 years and my first time back I'm still treated amazing and I get what I need done fast. For those that are complaining of waiting, set up an appointment.

      This bank managed to charge me $60 inside a month while providing no service at all beyond holding MY OWN PAYCHECK hostage. I hope your entire company goes bankrupt.

      I switched my business account to Wells Fargo from BofA hoping for better customer service. This was a mistake. They made numerous errors on my deposits including one of $57,000 at another branch. The final straw was when they returned a check as being a duplicate. We physically make the deposits at the branch and they keep the checks which are a special type of check that have unique check numbers. Their business specialist at this branch was unable to figure out how it happened and could not resolve the issue so I will have to write off the bad debt. We are now moving accounts to a different bank in hopes the new bank who remembers that customers are people, not numbers.

      Overall, Wells Fargo is a decent bank. The Winter Garden location on Dillard has unprofessional staff that are completely rude.

      Horrible customer service been here multiple times and couldn't get an account open treated me like a criminal very rude went to 5/3rd bank night and day experience this wells Fargo is garbage

      On Feb.5, 2013 I went to this branch to deposit a birthday check for the first time and for the first time at any branch I was greeted with a big smile and good morning by the two tellers there, it made me feel like they knew me for years. The older blonde teller that help me was very friendly and once again made me feel welcome, I'll have to go back there so I can get her name so she can be recognized for great customer service. And when leaving she wish me a happy birthday and to have a wonderful day and once again made me feel great to be there. I've used both branches on West Colonial and I've never received great service from them, they do help me if and when I need it but they do need to improve on their customer service practices.       Yesterday, my contractor and I went to this branch in order to cash a Wells Fargo check that was made out to both of us. It was made out to me, and to my contractor's company, which he owns. I had previously called 2 different branches, to make sure we could cash this check, even though we are not Wells Fargo customers. I explained that it was made out to me, and a business. Both times, I was told that my contractor needed a signature confirmation, and we both had to be present when we cashed the check. However, when we arrived at this branch, not our teller, but the teller next to her, said to us, very flippantly and rudely, "We don't cash checks made out to businesses". When I told her I had called 2 different branches and was told we could cash it with a signature confirmation,, she simply shook her head and repeated herself. I believe her name is Sheone. If I were looking to switch banks, I sure as hell wouldn't consider Wells Fargo, after the way she condescended to us. My mother is retired from 30 years of banking management, and I know her employees would have NEVER spoken to ANYONE who set foot through their door. On the flip side, the blonde teller and the young male manager who helped us were very nice and professional. We did, in fact walk out with the $6,300. Not only did Sheone not apologize for her rudeness, she walked behind our teller several times, giving us dirty looks. In this challenging job market, I don't understand why people like this have a job, while others more deserving are struggling. I WILL be writing a letter to the bank manager, and writing several more reviews about Sheone's unprofessional, unacceptable attitude. Shame on Wells Fargo for not training their employees better than THAT.

      I went to this branch to cash a wells Fargo check. They harassed me to open an account with them. I kept telling the clerk and the banker that I'm happy with my bank and I don't want to open an account and they kept insisting.. I would never go back there again
