  I normally don’t write reviews but the service I receive at the winter garden branch is amazing! I used to go inside the branch but with the pandemic I feel it’s safer to use the drive thru. I have accounts at other financial institutions but every time I go to the winter garden branch I am greeted with a warm smile (regardless of the teller) and so much patience! Thank you for being there for your members during these difficult times!

  The employees are super friendly but not always accurate :/ I typically have to explain in detail what I want done when it is something simple like deposit into 2 different accounts. They often mix up checks or put my money in my other accounts and not the one I asked. I get mistakes are made sometimes but when it is clearly written what account I want my money to go into, I expect it to be accurate.

  Ill be honest I've dealt with a lot of financial institutions in my day and this has to be the best so far. The branch in winter garden has some amazing people working in that building. I love how fast the drive-thru is, and how I'm greeted every time i come. I live in downtown but i drive all the way to winter garden for amazing service. Keep up the good work you have future managers working in WINTER GARDEN!!!

  I use this branch a lot and Jessica is always very helpful. I opened an account for my teen and it was a very smooth experience. Jessica is knowledgeable and polite, and I highly recommend using this bank location.

  Kay went out of her way to print out my bank statements and was very kind towards me it made my day. Also, she gave me a few advance which helped me. In the days that we are living in her kindness & her knowledge helped me tremendously. Thank you Kay. She needs a raise!!! :)
