      Today we had the pleasure of meeting with Eduardo, Personal Banker, he not only put my mind at rest concerning an on-line program but went the extra mile to set-up my cell phone allowing me to access Zelle an on-line payment program. He, without hesitation, literally took charge and completed the very tasks of setting up my payment account with complete knowledge and professionalism. This was, without a doubt, the most unselfish offer of help I have ever experienced. He had me up and running in no time. Congratulations on a job well done Eduardo.

      After banking with another bank for several decades, I took a leap and switched to Wells Fargo when my home bank decided to close the local branch and raise their fees. Choosing Wells Fargo was mainly based on the fact that it was in close proximity to my home as well as my business. In addition to the fact that I refuse to bank with BOA (which is next door to this branch). Since becoming a customer over two years ago, I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the tellers and staff. I’ve only encountered two issues, both were DMI fault of Wells Fargo but due to compromises from online shopping. However, Wells Fargo immediately took care of all issues and resolved my account right away. The only complaint that I have are the daily spending limits. There have been several times when I have unexpectedly needed to make a purchase that was slightly over my daily limit. Not only is it frustrating, it is quite embarrassing when a transaction is declined. Hopefully limits can be slightly raised in the near future. Other than that, Wells Fargo is truly the best. Thank you!

      This bank has definitely positively developed over the past year under its new management. Employees are very interactive and make an effort to assist customers. The bankers go above and beyond, thank you for the excellent service!

      Went in to have my change exchanged, as I had been told is doable by a manager earlier this month. The tellers were clueless about the process, so they refused to believe they could do it. It'd be nice if they knew what services are actually offered at their branch. I call bullshit on their service.

      Went in to take care of something ! The banker told me it might not be a good idea because I had some pending transactions! The teller lines had 4 people, moved quickly. But seems like could be a busy branch

      O let me tell you about my experience of my first week so far....so i get a insurance claims check after it clears from the insurance company. Its after hours 6:15 and had to pay a bill. So we deposited the money into my fiances account ( also a wells customer ). The money clears and two three days later open an account with Wells Fargo here. When we go to tranfer the money they realize my fiances ID is expired and at first would not do it( over a transfer between wells accounts????) Ok.... So the banking specialist suggests writing a check to deposit the funds into my new account...ok....they give her a paper check and tell her to fill it out. That was friday. Sat my cousin dies i have to get a plane ticket to florida..rental car everything to fly out monday. Monday things are fine then tuesday get a call that there are no funds in the account ... Come to find out that check to transfer funds they said was bad and put it all back in my fiances acount and locking my account preventing transfers. So here i am 3000 miles from home cant pay the hotel rental car nothing...i had no food and was left stranded all night until the next day until they talk to the branch rep who flagged it....funny bc this transfer check was done with the manager amd two tellers yet it was flagged. Did i also mention im in Florida and the bank is in cali three hours behind so i get charged in caah for another day by the hotel....i had to call family have them jump through hoops to pay over the phone and send credit card authorizations.

      VERY DISAPOINTED OF THIS BANK.AFTER 10 YEARS BANKING WITH THEM AND KEEPING A HIGH BALANCE ,THEY SENT ME AN OFFER FOR A LOAN WITH A 5.7 INTEREST IN BIG RED LETTERS,WENT TO THE BANK ,GOT APPROVED AND THE GUY TELLS ME THAT MY INTEREST IS 16.5 % AFTER THEY DID A HURD HIT ON MY CREDIT SCORE....COULD SOME ONE TELL ME WHY THEY MISSLEAD YOU TO BRING YOU IN... ? MONTERREY BRANCH LAST WEEK

      They rip off customers, and the staff seem nice, but are just robots. I owed $25 when I lost my job, fees ended up being over $400. Must be new math.
