  Not a fan of the new location. 1. There is hardly any parking. I foresee a lot of accidents happening in this parking area. 2. The ATM is outside with no privacy at all. At the old branch, you felt secure because you were in a secure area, as the door was locked and you could only access the area with your ATM card. 3. The credit union is making money hand over fist...it is obvious with the acquisitions within the last 10 year, and they cannot get a better location for their members?? Sorry guys...I just don't feel the love here! Now I feel safer using Schools First's ATMs inside the grocery stores, where it is light. Something for you to ponder...you need to take care of your members Altura! Maybe consider putting some ATMs inside a few grocery stores? Another issue is that both the old and the new branches were closed on Saturday March 5th, 2022, one of the very few days that I actually needed help due to my daily ATM withdrawal limit that was lessened from $1000 to $500. And please don't respond to me about the daily ATM limit. If you look at my history with you, you will see that it was set at $1,000 daily.

  Hello, Dee. Thank you for your feedback. We take all feedback seriously and are always looking to improve. Although we know change is not always fun and we can't make everyone happy, we are hoping that this new location will be better for our members in the long run. As for our business hours, because of our exciting move, our Rancho Mirage branch was closed over the weekend of March 5th, but all of our other branches were open during regular business hours, which are available to view on our website. Additionally, we do have our customer service number, (888)-883-7228, with member service representatives available at the same hours our branches are open that could have helped you sort the issue of ATM limits. Again, thank you for your feedback. We will definitely take all of it into consideration moving forward.

  Obtained a preapproval from Altura online, scheduled an appointment to sign documents, visited the branch, received excellent customer service and things could not have gone any more smooth with the transaction. Highly recommend!

  Excellent bank, customer service is amazing, online banking is perfect, questions are always asked, info is always provided and they are proven to be customer service orientated 100% Only draw back there is no Palm Springs branch. Love Altura!!!!

  Their ATM is always broken. People drive a distance to get to the branch and most of the time the ATM is not working.

  This is my first credit union So all other experience is from big banks. Definitely slow at times, sometimes there are some works who look and act like they don't want to be there but over all i have had way better credit options with them than any other bank.

  Very poor customer service indeed! I was hung up on recently when I traveled outside the country and had my card stolen. I FINALLY got through to someone and BAM she hung up on me. Ultimately, Altura left me to swing in the wind when I traveled internationally using their card, Their customer service is from the 1900's. Chat? If you have extra time to waste it's a mediocre service at best. Originally I switched to this bank because I didn't want the big bank experience. But there are things within the power of Altura that can be done to make the banking experience acceptable. Customer Service is a definite problem for Altura.

  Very pool customer service. The woman who helped me, I think it was Patricia, acted like she didn't want me to be there. Was looking to open a business checking account and she handed me a brochure and pretty much escorted me out of the door. Will never go back.. Piss poor..

  It is what you would expect out of a bank. The tellers are courteous and helpful. I had a car loan, savings and checking accounts here. Savings interest was next to nothing, so I moved to online banking.
