  The lady at the drive through counter is very rude and not at all professional. Also, they never pick up your calls. I might close my account here and open a new one in a different bank.

  They're always very polite here. But I hate going through the drive-thru. They always feel compelled to start some kind of conversation, and it always feels awkward and forced. Even if it's Tuesday, they'll ask what your plans are for the weekend. Who plans that far ahead?

  They don't always put up signs stating when parts of their service are closed (why a bank would close a service that brings in money is beyond me, collecting deposits should be a priority) and if anyone is confused due to the lack of information that person is treated by staff as if they are stupid and can't read...hard to read signs that do NOT exist.

  Terrible place the Latino guy who attends has a pushy attitude that makes you feel intimidated I don't recommend it for Latino people.
