  Justin and his team made mortgage financing a breeze. From initial questions prior to pre-approval all the way through closing, everything was answered and completed more promptly than expected. I always knew what was needed of me to proceed and what next steps would be with complete clarity in the process (this was especially important being a first time home buyer).   As a first time home owner I have not worked with anyone on housing loans. Justin Froiland at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp. was so helpful in reviewing with me the loan application and other contract documents/fees...on several occasions. I recognize how time consuming this must be for him; but at no time did he make me feel that it was an inconvenience to him.
