  I hate this bank. No overdraft protection. They charge you for everything. I was told on the phone I could walk into the bank and close my account. When I arrived I was told that I ddnt need an appt and the girl told me tht appts are priority. There is not one person in here and I've been waiting forever. If there are no appts walking in why are they not taking care of me! I just want to close my account and be done with this terrible bank. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

  I was to the drive thru to get a cashier check. and they told me for money order and cashier check I have to come inside. since when that rule been like that. I always go to drive thru because inside ittakes for ever to get someone to help you out.

  There was no lines at all! Excellent! I was at Martin Boulevard branch and it has been closed for 2 days. That's why I came to this branch may have to come here from now on.

  Drive-through is very slow. Expect to wait at least 20 minutes or more. Definitely would help if more than one person was working the window. Cars are lined up 3-4 deep in each of the three lanes. Wells Fargo should be open just like the other banks in the area. COVID is no longer an excuse to be closed.

  This branch is timely with responses and helps in any way possible. The manager is very hands-on with customers! I drive out of my way to come to this branch versus a branch closer to my home and will continue to do so!
