  I frequently go to and use this bank and I am ALWAYS greeted almost immediately by extremely friendly, professional, and just wonderful people. They ALWAYS provide the best customer service and I truly appreciate them. 100/10 w00d recommend.

  I stopped in today to cash a check and to make a deposit. I was treated so incredibly well by Monica and Brian that I felt like staying to chat. They were both so pleasant and helpful, and Brian even helped me to order a new debit card. After several very unpleasant experiences at a different branch years ago I was so pleasantly surprised by their wonderful customer service practices. I really felt welcomed and appreciated. Thank you!

  Wow! First of all, I did not expect the service I was given to be so awesome. The staff I called about the issue was very friendly and welcoming. I just opened the account all online a few days ago and ran into some problems and the amazing staff I spoke to at this location gave me the answers I needed and fixed the problem within minutes. I would 100% recommend their service. This bank is amazing.

  I went there today to open an account and Coral made the whole appointment go so smoothly! She was personable and well educated on accounts and answered all my questions, she just made the whole experience so easy and quick!!

  My favorite M&T Bank branch! This is where my account was opened in the first place and is where my M&T credit card was issued! Darlene and Dave, you know who you are. You guys are AWESOME!!!! This is and hopefully will always be my lucky go to branch!!

  M and T Bank has officially turned it's back on their business customers... anyone that has a business and values their money should RUN AWAY FROM M AND T BANK... their size doesn't allow them to run an organized business and they could care less about their individual bank customers.

  I don't really come here a lot or have much interactions with staff, but for the times I do speak with staff.. they are usually pretty friendly and fast.
