Howlers Inn1I've been a Wells Fargo customer since 1977 when I opened my first checking account in San Francisco. Since the Livingston branch closed their lobby to customers last summer, I've decided to move my business and personal accounts at the end of this year to a local bank that cares about service. Try calling, you'll rarely get an answer. I've had it with this bank. If you're new to town you would do better going elsewhere.

Olivia Rachel5I always have an unforgettable experience when I go to the Livingston branch! Laura, Mariela, and Monica greet me by my name every time I walk through the doors. They are professional, proficient, and they make me feel valued. They also provide mobile and online banking alternatives which I appreciate it! Keep up the great work ladies!

Tasha Foster1Loved this place and workers. All wells Fargos branches need to reevaluate their customers. You call no answer, but yet it's during business hours. Needed to get another account opened up but they just lost me as a customer due to not answering phone and not really giving a hoot! Hopefully you can get better and do better!

Harold Thompson1Stopped by to deposit money in an account after checking on line and it said that they were open, its closed to walk- ins. Tried calling and just a busy signal at 11:30.. wells Fargo customer service at its finest.

Nancy Chiddix1Went into Wells Fargo Bank to change my last name and put my husband on the account today and as I was talking to the teller another Lady came up to me rudely interrupted our conversation stating that she could help me only if her 3:30 pm appointment didnt show up and it was now 3:40 pm, her appointment showed up at 3:45 pm and then she proceeded to rudely interrupt my husband and I conversation, at this time she informed me that I could go to Bozeman and take of my business there or make an appointment with her for the next day at 2:30 pm which I had already informed her that today was the only time I had available due to my work schedule. I will be changing banks as soon as possible I am tired of being treated rudely everytime I enter one of their banks. Wells Fargo employees really need to work on their customer service.

Amber Stringfellow1I'm now waiting for my third debit card! The first two have been labeled as lost. One to my physical address and one to my mailing! I've been going through this for a month. Never saw anything on either. Not even a notice to my email that they have been sent. I sent the whole day at home waiting for one that never arrived 😡 Miss managed accounts and the same repeat problems over and over! I wish there was a zero star. Ridiculous!!!!!!

Karen S5Rachel was our teller on two separate occasions lately. She was friendly, professional, and very efficient. She assisted us with numerous transactions the one visit and she managed to execute them quickly and with amazing patience with us :)

Kevin Hutchins1Wells Fargo drive up used to be open 1/2 hour before the doors opened. NOT NOW! Wells Fargo used to have a change counter. NOT NOW! Now I have to go to another bank to cash in my 'vacation change'. The employees do a good job, but with corporate taking away service that I use, I am wondering why I keep my accounts here.

Stephen Young1Not a good experience with Wells Fargo in general. Happened multiple times. The last time I was given a damage control message saying to email them. Not happening.. Provide fair service instead.
