  I’ve came twice to this location to try to obtain a new debit card and both times there card maker system was down. One time, being prior to me leaving out of town which was a huge inconvenience for me. Very unprofessional and very displeased with this location.

  Worst Credit Union ever! Please do yourself a favor and open an account somewhere else. They will find anything and I mean anything not to give you a loan. You can have an account with them for 50 yrs,good credit, sufficient income and Still answer will be No!!

  Went in to withdraw money out of my GA's own account and claimed they could not access my account due to my account number being wrong. Went to a different location and took the withdrawal slip I used at the South Dekalb location and it worked no issues at all. I was told that the South Dekalb branch did not want to give away the bills they had while not being sure when they would receive more bills. Horrible way to act during the holidays.

  Quick tellers and a great location. If your a Georgias Own credit union member like me make sure to call Georgias Own to authorize access. Then you’ll be able to drive to Atlanta Postal and withdraw money because it’s a shared branch.

  Recently I went to this location to make a deposit and as a military disable veteran I always wear my Vietnam War cap, I was told (not asked) to remove my cap before being served. I devastated I have been a member of the APCU for more than 20 years. I shocked to see black people in their community being treated as if South Dekalb area was a third world country. South Dekalb tellers sit behind a solid bullet proof glass with a six (6) inch opening that you put your money in a off duty sheriff sitting behind the glass and they have the audacity to have black people disrobing. This is the only branch the has this policy

  I utilize the services of our Atlanta Postal Credit Union located in the rear of the South Dekalb Mall. Service is 100%, attendants are on Point. Hours are 9am-7pm Monday-Friday.

  This Atlanta postal credit union works.so which says permanently closed is wrong information.I just had been there today.
