N D1I've never in my life been to a bank that had this many pretentious, rude, and uncaring people working from the tellers to the branch manager. I thought it was just me but speaking with other locals this seems to be the norm here. Wells Fargo you can do better!

Ed Anselm5All your negative remarks just show where you are all coming from it’s notthe banks fault the nobody wants to work anymore that belongs solely to the Democrats be patient they do the best they can with the staff they have my teller is miserable because of the miserable customers he or she just helped before you! Phil Stefany1On a Friday afternoon during rush hour they have one teller working the drive thru, one inside helping a long line of customers and another seemingly doing the bankers job helping someone the whole time with an issue. Very disappointing wait only to be told I needed my wife with me to make a deposit on checks we both signed. Given it's the only WF nearby I'll probably be looking elsewhere soon.

Anthony Montanaro1Do not have an account with wells fargo. I Went through the drive through to cash check. Was instructed to go inside and show two forms of ID in a very arrogant tone. (Asking what would be accepted as a second form of ID) got no response from the teller. So i go inside to cash the check. I was 3rd in line waiting my turn when a lady from behind me comes in and they wave her up infront of me taking my place in line! Extremely irritated i walk out. I will NEVER return to a wells fargo with that kind of customer service. Update: After being asked to email customer service, i made contact back and forth emails and was NOT helped. They declined to help me because i would not send my phone number or home address. Why would my phone number and home address be needed for my experience i had at a local branch?? Spam? Yeah probably. So I explained i would not disclose that information because i felt it was irrelevant. So a reply was sent stating we are sorry you feel that way, please email us if you so choose to change your mind.. this bank is horrible to the core. If your reading this i suggest you do your research on wells fargo. Lawsuits, bad customer relations, fees fees and more fees. With so many banks that work FOR YOU as the account holder why would anyone use this bank leaves me scratching my head..

Laney Moore1The vibe in this branch is less than professional. The tellers are not customer focused. Seems as though they dislike being there. When asking any banking questions, they seem annoyed. Unfortunately, the bankers are the same way. Night and day from my prior branch. Ugh

Brian Keith2Just two starts due to the fact that any Wells Fargo I go to I feel like I'm dealing with a Peebles sales associate. Today I drove to the Wells Fargo location on Coastal Highway (Rehoboth Delaware). After a relatively short wait in line, Alexis (bank teller) took about 10 minutes of calculation for $10 check I headed her while holding my MD state driver's license. After which Alexis asks me for a second form of ID. At that time I handed Alexis my passport which to my surprise was expired. Anyway, luckily for me (I always plan ahead) I had another credit card, a birth certificate, social security card, and a state ID. All this time (my time) wasted for $10? I just moved up to the area and will be opening a bank account soon. for the simple fact I know I could have walked into this Wells Fargo location 10 minutes later and been able to withdraw the $10 based off of my state ID and not going to ask for multiple. Now if that's standard procedure let your customer know right away before you make them stand there 10 minutes twiddling their thumbs staring at the wall. Maybe Alexis could have saved herself and I both some time. "Yes sir no problem I'd love to cash that check for you to have two forms of ID". That's it.
