  A wonderful, friendly credit union. I opened an account in October once I move to DE and I have to say this is the best banking experience I've had. The staff is super friendly and VERY helpful. The products and services are great and they have some of the best rates around!

  I went in to the Lewes branch today to make a deposit. They closed my account with no prior notice, took all of the money which they said they “fee’d” out due to inactivity. But they continued to send me member advert emails. They sent me NOTHING to tell me they were closing my account. They took my money and then offered to open a brand new account so I could start all over again with them from scratch. They sell member’s info to 3rd parties and when I asked them to remove me from their mailing list, they told me they have no control over the 3rd parties they sold my info to. They and their ad “partners” spammed my email and snail mail with advertisements, call me constantly, but Tidemark NEVER gave me warning they were going to close my account and take my money. When I opened my account I told them I did not want to have my info sold to 3rd parties because I hate spam and junk mail. To top it all off, they were smug about it. IMHO Tidemark is SCUM.

  This is the worst bank I have ever had to deal with in 60 years. All electronic tellers who can not guve you $10 dollar bills. Was told the person who guvwa change is at lunch. Id thrt sat thet sent you an email it takes an hour to get it.

  I opened my account when I moved here a couple of years ago and they've been a pleasure to do business with. They offer mobile banking which is very convenient and easy to use.

  Great bank with lots of products and online banking. However, good luck using their phone system...no one ever answers, its a never ending loop of menus, and no direct branch phone numbers. Awful phone system!

  The bank no longer has human tellers. You have to use a machine for all transactions. The employees that are in the bank will not help you. I closed all my accounts and went elsewhere.
