  I am so grateful and appreciate valley strong for professionalism fast smooth easy transaction!! 100% going above and beyond I really appreciate the financial service specialist they helped me out she was professional excellent customer service not my first time getting loans with them.   I opened account with Valley Strong Credit Union today and the very sweet lady who signed me up was so warm and helpful. The staff was very kind to myself and also very nice, helpful, and respectful to each other! I am very happy that I decided to go with this bank. I recommend it to anyone looking for a secure place to bank. They are definitely making their customers feel confident in their choice of bank. Thank you valley strong!   Every thing is good. but cashier is not professinal work,they count money manualy after use machine .

  My experience was awesome it was fast everything was explained to me in easy-to-understand terms and I was out of there within 40 minutes after sitting down like I said my experience was awesome I refer this credit union to anyone

  Went in to get pre-approved for an auto loan, and they had all the paperwork ready at the front desk for me when I got there. Everything was super easy, start to finish. All I had to do was show up and sign a few papers and I was on my way!

  Susan and Megan were very helpful and friendly in assisting me with getting an auto loan, excellent service and customer care. I will be changing my banking to Valley Strong
