  The lines were long and the tellers slow. Plus why do I have to ask for a balance it should be part of the end process . Not sure why they changed it but it's not a good choice.

  Recently I had a major issue with my Business Bank account. I arrived at the bank at 9AM. I was prepared for a very long visits with major problems. The team at this location was so understanding, and quick (as possible) help me out. The best part was they anticipate issues and resolved them before they happened. Excellent Service.

  This branch is less than a mile from my house and I can tell you this, they’ve always been professional and super friendly to me. I was looking to sell my car and a buyer sent me a cashiers check, I was weary of it and asked Wells Fargo to help me verify it’s legitimacy, well they did just that and more, they went out of their way to research and advise me on whether the check was legitimate and ultimately saved me from making a costly mistake . I’ve been with Wells Fargo for nearly 25 years and their customer service all around is second to none!
