  This branch will provide information to you, but will not assist you when it comes to interacting w your account. As far as helping you or engaging you in any aspect of your account, they encourage you to do it at home. I had an issue w shared accounts and all they told me was how to fix it and that I needed to do it at home. Well, I did get help from another branch and they went through every step w me, at the branch. This customer service here is not worth the stop.

  The Assistant Manager, Amanda is kind, patient, and thorough with all of her customers. When it was my turn to be waited on, she gave me the same detailed and easy to understand answers. I have never been a fan of going to banks and having to discuss money, credit scores and loans but Amanda has changed that chore into something very easy and painless. Thank you Ms. Marucci.

  There are days when this branch is closed and it is NOT posted on the website . When I have called to see if it is open there is NO answer . I have had this experience several times . Sad that this happens . And very inconvenient . On February 20th I called three times. No one picked up the phone. No one .

  Hi Jane. We appreciate your feedback. Our web site is always updated when branches have to alter their hours. It's possible your browser was caching the web site, so I would suggest refreshing the page on a day you want to visit a branch so the page updates. And so you are aware, over the last year, our Member Service Center has been open normal hours when branches have been closed for weather so give us a call at the main number 610-325-5100.   Holy mother of God. It's called Franklin mint cuz they're still stuck in the 18th century. Cant even pay them with a card over the phone or in store. Do not bank with these people

  Very compassionate and helpful. Secure cards and credit building are proficient as well as their privacy policy keeping the data intact.
