  If your a local or a snow Bird this Wells Fargo is a nice clean bank. Was surprised to see all the teller's working. In not from Parker and don't have an account with them. I bank at a competitor and they have it where I can get cash for them. I needed to get a good amount to buy a car and was pleased with the service and help I received. My bank isn't in Parker or Yuma they had one in Havasu but they closed it. So I will be opening up an account at Wells Fargo. They offer the kind of serving everyone would expect and ask for. That you for giving me that wonderful and service.

  I was with my friend as she stopped at her bank for some quarters. My friend has banked with Wells Fargo 32 years. Manager refused quarters saying there is a national coin storage. I told her I have no problem getting change at my bank. She refused my friend her quarters and was unconcerned with customer service recognizing a long time customer. Took my friend across the street to my bank and she walked in and out with her quarters, no problem. They really need to get that manager some customer service training.

  If you need quarters for laundry, do not expect Wells Fargo to meet your needs. The branch manager refused me change, pointing to a "national coin shortage" situation. I went to HCB bank across the street and got my quarters there from the clerk no issues at all with a smile, and I'm not even a customer! I've been a customer with Wells Fargo for 32 years. When your bank makes you go to another bank for quarters, that's unacceptable. So I'm closing my accounts with Wells Fargo and going to HCB!

  Drove 2 hours to open an account, sorry, no appointment, no checking. Manager and two other employees standing around

  I guess I am in a reviewing mood. The Parker bank is nice. New and friendly people without any long waits. Though Wells Fargo is not my main bank I maintain an account so that I have access to a local bank wherever I travel and so far that has worked very well.

  Traveled for hours to get to an appointment scheduled 1 week+ in advance and they were unable to see me. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

  This bank is incredibly inconvenient! I have been in the branch 2 times. I have been in the building for a total of 3 hours and still waiting.. I am unable to put money (cash) in a neighbor's account. Unreal. I am unable to transfer my money from my account to my other bank. I have spent at least an hour on the phone with the bank reps (not branch) trying to resolve this issue. It never was.

  I don't bank here but my daughter in Temecula, Ca. dose. No matter how old your kids are you are still going to send them money. I used to have to go to the Walmart and pay the 10 or 20 extra to wire it to her. But Wells Fargo has a way i just walk in give them her acct # and it is ready for her to use before i walk out the door. The staff is amazing they are nice and so helpful . TY Wells Fargo. Just wanted to give you a atta boy. Dated myself bad did'nt i LOL

  Very friendly and helpful. I was having issues with my us bank and not getting correct information. The wonderful lady’s provided information that my own bank should of and I’m not even a customer of their bank. Without their help I wouldn’t of accomplished what I needed to do. Thank you.
