  Nothing but great service from start to finish on our home loan. Chad was always available, ready with answers. Due to his diligence, he found us a great loan source that saved us thousands! I have, and will continue to recommend Chad and Mohave Mortgage. Just went through a refinance: same terrific service. I recommend this company for the wonderful staff, the 'personal' touch they provide.

  Refinancing our home was a breeze! Chad found us the best rate possible and was super easy to work with! He was very accommodating and always readily available to help answer any questions we had! He made the process very simple and easy! We would highly recommend Chad and Mohave Mortgages!!

  I just finished a cash out refi with Chad and his team that took 8 days from the time I picked up the phone to first call Chad until the day I met with the notary to sign my closing documents. Chad, Denise, Chris and the rest of the team were awesome to deal with. The interest rate and fees charged were very competitive. I would highly recommend them for your lending needs.

  Mohave Mortgage deserves much more than a 5 star rating, if l could give a 10+ l would, my refi. of my HELOC loan was all accomplished in 7 days and working with Chad and especially Tracy was so smooth and simple l wish l had went to them alot sooner, working with a bank is such a hassle, but not Mohave Mortgage who l would highly recommend for your financial needs. So to Chad and Tracy continue to do what you do and feel l have two new friends.

  Working with Chad was amazing. We were told by another mortgage company, 2 days before Christmas, that we wouldn't be able to get our dream home because they couldn't get the VA to agree to the financing. We turned to Chad for help and he went to work. We were able to close our VA loan by our original close date and it met all of our needs. I highly recommend Mohave Mortgage!
