      It took over an hour to get a hold of someone over the phone in the morning, and when I was able to speak to someone about cashing out a cashier’s check written by Wellsfargo from selling a vehicle, they said they should be able to cash it, even without an account. I loaded up my twin babies, and was there in about an hour. When I finally got to the window, they told me they didn’t have enough money on hand to cash the check. What kind of bank doesn’t have ~$10K, especially for a certified cashiers check, from them? I didn’t want an account because they created one in my name years ago and sent me a bill for yearly fees and refused to help me since I got the bill 10 years after the account was created, but I only had a few months from the creation date to dispute charges. That, and they didn’t even ask if I wanted to create an account, it seemed like they just wanted me out of there. So not only were they understaffed and didn’t answer their phones, didn’t ask if I wanted to create an account, but they claim they didn’t have ~$10K in the bank. This is not a place to do any kind of business. One star is being overly generous.

      My husband and I are very happy with our Rifle Wells Fargo Branch. We have been customers for years, they've always been there for us! We have never been treated rudely or with disrespect, our questions are answered, and they have more than once gone out of their way for us. We know we will have many more years of more than satisfied service, and more than that, a great professional relationship! Thanks

      Now I’ve never had a problem with this bank as I’ve been a costumer since 2007 but today, during the Christmas season, I got stuck in the construction happening at the beginning of the entrance to Rifle and got to the bank right at 1. I opened the door to have it pulled back in my face stating that they are already closed. The woman was extremely rude and would not let me deposit my money that I was using for Christmas shopping so I had to wait until the end of the weekend to even attempt it to deposit my money again. You would think they would be more sympathetic with everything happening around this time of year but all they wanted to do was close and not help a loyal costumer of more than 7 years. It was seriously distugustig how rude they were to me.

      In Rifle yesterday mid afternoon. I was helping my mother in law. The teller (wearing a black mask with a white smile, bilingual) got upset with my MIL bc i was helping her fill out a withdrawal form. She tried to explain that she did not know how to read or write. The teller over talked her, instead of helping her fill out the form just would interrupted her. Horrible service. My MIL felt just bc of that she couldn't be helped by someone that there is no reason to have an account there any longer.

      Literally the worst bank experience ivee ever had. They double charge you on your payments and put you in the negatives and attach four $35 fees to it. You can file a claim and be on the phone for hours and get sent to different numbers so they can tell you that they are sorry they took your money out and that they will get someone to investigate which takes 10 business days to do so up to two weeks without money with no reimbursement credit to your account. I can't even get gas to go to work. They are absolutely no help to anyone. Thanks for the fees and leaving me $300+ in the negatives. Terrible bank wouldn't recommend it to even the worst people I know.

      Customer service sucks at this branch and depending on who you get their policies are different. Made me waste my lunch break to tell me that what the other teller told me to do was dumb and that because my account has "low funds" they can put a hold on my check so basically if you are not wealthy they dont trust you !

      Worthless . Holding a check for 10 days is uncalled for . Taking my business account somewhere I’ll be treated with respect.
