Alyssa Curiel510/10 They are absolutely wonderful! I had an APR OF 16% with a different company for my car and WellBy got me DOWN to an APR of 3.74%!!! Ashley was more than helpful and extremely friendly in helping me refinance my car. If you ever need to refinance, definitely come here!

Olivia Llanas1Lack of communication, unfriendly, and unorganized. Completed a checklist and my loan processor couldn’t obtain a phone number from the document nor scroll down for a title that was sent. Kept being pushed around over and over. I do not recommend this location. Not helpful at all!

Rose Family1Been banking with jsc for years and due to my birthday being august 31 my ID was expired and I needed to pull my rent money out of my account ESPECIALLY AFTER HURRICANE HARVEY made me late on rent as it is!The manager refused to give me my requested amount of my own money!Even though my ID is expired u can clearly see that I am the person on the ID also could check that I've banked there for years!THESE PPL AT THIS LOCATION DO NOT CARE ABOUT HELPING THEY'RE CUSTOMERS AT ALL I WILL CALL CORPORATE AND GIVE THEM A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF WHAT HAPPENED!
